Terry's longest distance, lowest profile, widest cutaway Butterfly with something extra: Poron XRD. Designed to take comfort up a notch for endurance riding, the Butterfly Century is engineered with a layer of Poron XRD shock absorbing material between the saddle’s base and foam layers. The Poron XRD reduces road shock and allows for a thinner layer of foam and a narrower overall saddle profile, without loss of rider comfort. A larger foam cutout provides greater soft tissue relief. The PS 1.1 is the ideal time trial or triathlon saddle. Similar in design to the PS 1.0, it features the same sloped front arms, but slightly thicker 30-series padding, and budget-friendly chromoly rails. Similar to the other PS saddles, the PS 1.1 features an upward slope at the rear – providing superb hip support when your body is rotated forward in the aero position, or an aggressive road riding position. This tends to be preferred by athletes that don’t move around on the seat excessively while riding. It is also a top choice for triathletes and time trialists who ride in the aerobars, or for flat courses in which the athlete likes to ‘settle in’ to one position and go. Like all ISM saddles, the PS 1.1 is nose-less and designed to remove pressure from soft tissue, ensuring maximum blood flow, no genital numbness, and a healthier, more enjoyable ride.
